Carrying (and caring for) Your Field Guide

With the help of Joy Griffin, a Karis member and gifted designer, I’ve put together a 2022 edition of the Field Guide for Private Worship. You can pick up a copy on Sundays at the Karis Church Gathering. You can read about it here. It provides an easy way for you to connect with God each day throughout the year.

You can download a digital copy here. But the paper copy is passport-sized. It’s meant to be convenient for you to carry in your back pocket or toss in your purse.

However, a good cover will ensure it will last through the year. Below are some options, from good to better to best.

Good. This clear plastic cover will be more than sufficient. You can get a pack of 5 and share them with your family and friends.

Better. Here’s what looks like a great leather cover that also has spots for cash and cards.

Best. We’re heading into a new year. Why not grab a cover that also serves as a fantastic planner? The popular Traveler’s Notebook will not only hold your Field Guide but also additional notebooks and calendars (monthly, or weekly).

While I highly recommend the “best” option, searching “passport cover” on Google or Amazon will provide many ways to carry and care for your Field Guide in 2022.
